Credit

Books supplied to new booksellers are on Pro Forma basis (i.e. payment must be made and cleared in our bank account before delivery of goods). Booksellers will have to establish a good payment record with Oxford Fajar for at least one year (from their first transaction date) before they are entitled to apply for credit facilities.

Granting of credit facilities is subject to the approval of the Credit Control Committee. Credit facilities,
if granted, varies from bookseller to bookseller, depending on the creditability of the bookseller.

Please note that the supply of books on overdue accounts will be temporarily stopped until the amount overdue has been settled.

Please address any queries regarding accounts to the Credit Controller within 14 days of receipt of the monthly statement.

Oxford Fajar reserve the right to reduce the discount, to charge the full retail price, to change/revise/
cancel credit facilities granted or to charge interest if payment is not made or the above terms are not complied with.
